All is well there. In both screenshots, the opinion is simply -12.01 (which is not very negative at all). In terms of a phantom fleet attacking, I can't really comment since that's not shown and there's no save. But if you're referring to the War bar on the race relations breakdown, bear in mind that includes ALL historical events between the races, not just their current feelings on current events. |

I can see that now, but shouldn't the position of the race you're checking for and the other race be reversed? It's still very confusing that the number directly over the bars isn't the sum of the bars. |
