Summary0001428: Suggestion: nerf spire stealth battleship
DescriptionThese are very overpowered atm if used on high shipcap, to the extent that they dominate everything and are the only unit worth using! I know the polish stage is still to come, but some suggestions toward nerfing them:

1) Remove Armour: Stealth Battleships have 1000 armour per MK which is not only fairly generous in conjunction with their dampening, it also makes them the only cloaked unit to have armour. I suggest consistency be maintained and they be given blanket 0 armour.

2) 3000 armour peircing: makes them effective vs bombers and other tough structures, in spite of the 0.5x polycrystal damage bonus. Given the attack type (flamewave) and their cloaking/dampening nature (hit and run vs vunerable targets), I suggest giving them 0 or very low armour percing to make them less effective against tough & fortified targets.

3) Fleet ship Knowlege unlock costs: current, these are much cheaper to unlock than any other combat starship line, making them very easy to mass (in turn making the much more effective raiders since they can all go together, and generally providing alot of firepower). Elsewhere I suggested that these and other spire starships be moved to the starship constructor; I also suggest they be given unlock costs in line with other starships

4) HP: together with their armour, cloaking & dampening, they just seem far too resilient

5) Reload time: much too low, the DPS of these ships is very high even compared to the fleet starship line

btw: to qualify their OP I built a full shipcap of them MK I, MK II & MK III (high shipcap, 14 ships total), then gave them a group moveorder to a system 22 hops away on difficulty 7.6 (22 minutes into the game, after building them and fending off one wave on my homeworld).

They made it 16(!) hops away, making over 4500 indiscriminate kills of every MK before expiring- this including numerous gaurdians, gaurdposts & starships. the DPS of these ships is off the hook!

Seems like the attack on these things is still well out of line, since they put out over twice the DPS/ship cap that the second place damage champ, the Space Plane, does.

Pretty fun watching them tear apart MKIV worlds, though :D
