| Description | So I understand that the minimap shows the colors of the different ships you are attacking/defending..if the blue ships are enemies they show up as blue on the minimap (at least that's my impression of how it is). The one thing that confuses me when defending or attacking it understanding which ships are the enemy ships. Not sure if it might make sense to have the minimap represent hostiles/friendlies in the same color for each encounter or if that would confuse folks on the attack screen. Just have seen in other games where hostiles always show up on a minimap as red (for example), allies in green (again an example), and neutrals in blue or some other color. | ||||

There is already a by-teams mode for the minimap, which does what you're looking for. As of .807, it also now colors the ships that same way to match, to lessen confusion even further. When you're in that mode. It's the third button down. |
