I had to make the "EffectiveShipCap" thing more sophisticated to handle the number-of-shipyards based caps, and forgot that a UnitData object's player number can be -1 for the DatabaseContent versions. array[-1] does not amuse mono. |

ah, yes.. was wondering what would break when you did per shipyard caps :p |
