The planetary summary colors by alley/enemy/my, yellow/red/blue, as it always has. |

Can you post a screenshot? To clarify: the planetary summary is the palette to the right of the screen in the main view. The intel summary is the per-planet popup on the galaxy map. Are we talking about the same thing? |

Those are colored, they are just lighter than they used to be. See the blue tint? And allies have a yellow tiny, and enemies have a red tint. It's way less overwhelming than in the older versions, though, you're right. :) |
