Summary | 0001298: Add a breakdown of AIP tech level progression threshholds in-game | ||||
Description | I find every so often I have to look up the AIP tech progression formula.(because I forget it.) It would be more transparent for newer players if this piece of information was displayed somewhere in-game as either a tab in 'STATS' or as pop-up somewhere relevant like the galaxy map perhaps. Ideally should be placed with other AIP cost information. | ||||

For 5.002: * On to 0000002 on the vote tallies list: The mouseover tooltip for the AI Progress display on the resource bar now displays each of the tech level thresholds for each AI Player. |

Minor Issue with the tooltip: When the AI Progress is exactly that of a threshold for the next tech level, the main interface still shows the previous one, while actually sending the next one in waves. I had a Level 6 AI at exactly 240 AI Progress in a recent game. The number on the upper bar showed 240 (I) but the next incoming wave actually spawned level II attackers. Seems to be simply an issue of >= vs. = |
