DescriptionThe summary says it all, really. Carriers are, after all, big enough to carry 200-1200 units in them, so they should be big enough to target.

With the recent change to AI carriers with regards to orbital mass drivers, perhaps this could get a small bump as well?

I would classify this as undersireable behaviour from a human standpoint mechanically. It may also tend to make carriers not really do much since there are only a few targets siege/bomber starships target and thus the CPU savings will be reduced when they pop open with lots of ships still active.
