Summary0001212: "Candy tech" suggestion - energy manager
DescriptionSuggestion: low cost tech that will automate the activation/deactivation of unneeded energy reactors to save on their resource cost when not needed - deactivating less efficient reactors first. Or alternately, this tech could provide a buildable structure that would manage some/all powerable items on that planet - powering them down when not used. (ie: space dock is powered off when not constructing, etc).
