Summary0001206: When the AI is attacked by a minor faction, the ships don't get released from low-power.
DescriptionI've currently got a blob of about 250 ships being fired upon by six Dyson Gatlings, and all of the ships are in low-power mode. Even when hit they don't wake up as they normally do when I fire on them; they just sit there and get slaughtered (or would, if it weren't for the repair bug). If you need a savegame, have a look at 0001205. It's the same location as that bug.

This is by design. Otherwise, they wind up generating a lot of threat that trickles over to the human players, often causing mark IV or higher attacks on the player homeworlds a few minutes into the game from the devourer or similar.
