You can capture it, just make sure you can do it in one attack. |

And I'm supposed to do that with all planets that this AI has? Capturing a planet in one attack is not exactly easy task sometimes. That AI cost means that even if you want to cross planet you may need to pay that 10 AIP. |

Are transports immune to black hole machines? |

transports are not, but raid starships are. |

Good point. * One-way doormasters now seed with 3x as many data centers as normal, to make up for the AI Progress cost of all those black hole machines (30 each). It's still a harder AI than normal, but now not so egregiously so. |
