Description | It is probably a good idea to disable most of the achievement types when in defender mode. I just won a 15-minute defender game and scored 15 achievements like "Power of the Sun In My Hand" and "Not Hungry" | ||||

I'd imagine when the time comes Defender will have it's own subset of achievements to earn, and any achievements from the normal game mode that aren't relevant would have those options greyed-out when making a new Defenser game. |

Excellent point! * Achievements for victories against AI types, minor factions, AI plots, on various planet counts, for controlling various planet counts, winning and losing in general or against certain difficulties, and so forth are all now Conquest-only. Other achievements, based on things such as points, time, resources, kills/losses, and reclaimining/scrap are still able to be won in Defender mode. And yes, ultimately we'll have some new achievements for Defender mode, but not quite yet. :) |
