| Description | Common Use Scenario: If you want to check the Threat levels of various planets, you go to the Galaxy Map, then mouseover the Threat indicator on the UI to get a list of planets, however if you then hold down Ctrl so that you can easily find the planets listed, the Threat list begins flickering rapidly. | ||||

This happens for any tooltips spawned from the "Galaxy View" summary when you hover over something which shows a tooltip. Happens when holding either CTRL or ALT down but not shift. |

Keith, if you have time to make the windows into boxes instead of windows, that would solve this. |
