A fairly tough (bit weaker than the Light Fleet starship) and fast 'pocket Cruiser' that is armed with an advanced Tractor Beam emitter (equiv. to a MkII Tractor Beam turret). (Does not drag targets around like EtherJets. If the T-Beamer Cruiser moves away from a held target that target is released.) Ship cap of 5. Cheap Knowledge. Option: A pair of T-Beamers can overpower the Tractor Beam immunity on any one enemy starship. (X-attack; doesn't happen automatically.)
