Do you mean the Moss Monster? The one who kinda looks like a guy in a ghilli suit? He seems to be hitting for only .3 hearts in melee. Let me know if I've got the wrong bad guy. |

I think the one that floats stationary and shoots out a viney blob that grows a bit when it hits. He is only vunerable to damage in the split second before he shoots. |

If that's the one that's meant, then, I don't think this is an issue. He doesn't move, so he's really easy to avoid. Running into him should be a big deal. |
