Summary | 0010125: Have the latest patch but some fixes from this aren´t working// Unable to purify an Evil Outpost tile. | ||||
Description | When i get achievements in-game, they´ll just load on the Steam list when I restart the game, and in the freefall the camera stills adjusts in a way that im near the top. I have .707 patch which Steam automatically updated two days ago, and it´s supposed to fix those issues. Also, when i destroy the boss at an Evil Outpost into a corrupted tile, it won´t purify. | ||||

You cannot purify outposts like that. You have to purify them through the adjacent tiles. |

Then why should they be shown as purifyable on the overworld? And why don't they tell you entering the region is pointless anymore? (It was changed in that direction, right?) |

Oh yeah, I thought you had to infiltrate them in order to destroy them, but found out that was not true. I think it was my fault it was changed to show that they are pointless. I guess a new message to have is "There is an outpost here and the only way to topple it is to send resistance members in to destroy it." Or maybe have a perk at the end of the outpost for at least defeating the boss there. But it is annoying that they show up as purify-able, but they are not. Sometimes blocking vital tiles. |

THAT´s my problem! I can´t advance because there are like 3 outposts blocking some purifying tiles which leads to an level up windmill : ( Gonna upload a screenshot soon! |

So there's a catch-22? You can't purify the tile because there's a tower, and you can't destroy the tower because the tile's not purified? |

I am not sure about the achievements thing; that might be just busy-ness on the part of Valve's servers, I'm not sure. It works for me... For the rest: * Evil outposts are now properly automatically purified when they are next to an adjacent un-purifed tile. Basically, like caves and city halls and such, and anything else without a windstorm generator in it. * For some freefall nodes -- but not all kinds -- the viewport offsets were still being improperly applied even after the .707 update. |
