Summary0010064: rocket spells still do variable damage
DescriptionThis was reported as fixed in patch 0.703 but I still see the issue with rocket spells (not sure about other multi-particle spells).

When hitting with a rocket spell, damage is impacted by how many of the shrapnels hit. You can do over 10x damage what the spell should do if you hit dead center.

For 0.707:

* Fixed a bug where the Rocket spells were still hitting monsters with multiple pieces of shrapnel, because they were spawned on death of the original projectile and weren't really linked to it (since it was already gone).
