Summary | 0009725: "Energy Stall" warning when a completed unit can't be "released" due to enerngy constraints flashes too quickly to be noticible
Description | It's easy to miss, but when a completed unit at a dock (as opposed to a "placed" unit) is completed, but can't be spawned/released due to insufficient energy, something to the effect of "Energy stall" will appear below the energy count. However, it typically disappears so fast, you often times don't notice it. In fact, it is usually too fast to even read it. Can this display time be made longer?
