Thanks for the report; a few things: 1) Please update to 5.079, it fixes a couple stability-hurting bugs in 5.078. 2) If you run into this again in 5.079 and have a savegame such that loading it allows you to reproduce the bug (preferably reliably), please post that savegame and how the bug can be reproduced. Generally if I can't make it happen on my machine I can't find the bug. 3) From the crash logs you attached it looks like it could be an out-of-memory error; I'm not sure how big your scenario was (how many human homeworlds, how many planets, was it on high-caps, etc) but that can factor in. Anyway, let us know if you hit it again on 5.079 (or whatever the latest version is at the time), thanks :) |

Alright, I am updating right now. I only started with 1 homeworld but have about 40 right now. I am playing with the large ship caps in a 120 planet game although right now I am regretting the ship caps. I only have scouts in 1/4 of the AI Worlds but I am looking at 15,000 in ships with another 2,000 aboard carriers so I could very well see it being a memory error. |
