Summary | 0009417: Dying in some missions keeps ghost, + new player created there.
Description | I've experienced this in both an underground-Freefall mission (which appeared from the world map), and in a Battleground mission (found in a surface region secret mission area). Normally when dying within a mission, no ghost is created, and the new character spawns in the settlement. But in the above cases, a ghost *was* created, and the new character spawned in the mission setup room. Upon trying the mission again, the previous character's ghost was eventually encountered.

Yep, working as intended. |

Oh. Well, to make the opposite argument... Is this supposed to be happening with all missions? Because in Wind Shelter missions (the only missions where I usually die), the new character is spawned in the settlement, the old character makes no ghost, and the mission map gets reset (a natural effect of leaving both the mission area & its mission-setup area). |
