Summary | 0009360: Give missions a chance to award a second, higher rarity spellgem
Description | The spellgem system still doesn't offer a very strong incentive to play around with different builds. In part, this is because of the way the rarity system works. If I had a spellgem of high rarity that I didn't normally use, I might try to work it into my build for a few levels. However, the only way I could ever acquire such a spellgem is by crafting one, and there are no real incentives to use a high-rarity orb on an unfamiliar spell when I could just as easily use it on one of the spells that I'm used to using - which pulls me back towards using the same spells for another few levels. I propose the following: * When completing a world map mission, there is a chance of receiving a second spellgem. If a second spellgem is awarded, it is chosen at random, and is always of uncommon or higher rarity (and has a decent chance to be rare or higher). This would encourage players to occasionally use spells that they don't normally use. * In addition, whether or not a second spellgem is awarded, there is a chance for the first one to have higher rarity, similar to enchants. * The random choice of whether to award a rarer spellgem and/or a second spellgem is made when the mission is completed.
