Summary | 0009351: Enchant container description/behavior discrepancy
Description | From the Planning menu, follow this path: Things You Should Do --> Other Activities of Interest --> Find Enchant Containers (???). This opens a window of text that talks about enchant containers. The first line of the second paragraph reads: "Each enchant container that you pick up might include an enchant directly, or at the very least it improves your chances of finding an enchant in the NEXT enchant container you pick up." Either this text, or the actual in-game behavior, seem inaccurate. As I read it, the above quote says that the 'Enchant Progress' counter is the chance of the next blue container I pick up having an entire Enchant within it - and should it not, then my counter will go up, making the next blue container that much more likely to contain an Enchant. In practice, picking up common (blue) enchant containers raise a character's "Enchant Progress" counters; when and only when it reaches 100%, does the character gain a new enchant from a blue container. So depending on how blue containers are meant to behave, this appears to be either a textual bug, or a gameplay bug.
