Description | I know these are supposed to put planets on alert, but I'm pretty sure that they shouldn't be sending ships into threat mode. If it helps, most of the threat was on planets with special forces posts. | ||||

Here. There's two scouts on preprogrammed jumps. Just sit back and watch stuff go to threat mode. If they aren't the source, then something is genning threat on planets I never had visibility to. |

I think this is related to the oddity where Spirecraft Scouts put AI worlds on alert, and that special forces ships typically become truly freed threat when they enter into a planet that is alerted. |
