| Description | When I have my Neinzull Enclave starship on a planet that does not have supply it can still produce ships but the selection to produce them is redded out like a normal space dock out side of supply. If I didn't know better I would have assumed that I could not make ships. | ||||

Probably related: this same problem crops up on the starbase foldouts with buildable stuff when you successfully complete nebula missions. |
