Summary0008925: Captive Human Settlements Are Currently Blade-Vulnerable
DescriptionCurrently, Captive Human Settlements is vulnerable to blade attacks. Given its fragility and the extreme 100 AIP cost upon losing it, I feel it would be reasonable to give it blade immunity.

To compare, Spire Archives already have complete melee attacks vulnerability, on top of having a bigger benefit and having a smaller cost upon loss.

This sort of treatment should also be considered for other similar fragile, AIP or otherwise costly constructs, although I can't think of particularly bad cases beyond captive settlements.
