Description | Given that oceanic caves are the unique in regards to nearly every cave system in the game, I think it would be a decent idea to have Deep sea essence unlocked via reaching a low cave tier of Ocean regions rather than Ocean Shallows. Thematically, it makes sense that 'Deep' sea essence would be found 'deep' in the Ocean, rather than Deep in the 'shallows'. This would also direct people to explore a bit of the Ocean regions since loot wise (And secret mission-wise) Ocean regions themselves aren't very lucrative in terms of loot. Given how Ocean Shallows are from the 'time of magic' era, I think Water shield unlocking is fine where it is, it seems to fit thematically and Ocean Shallows are a bit more profitable loot wise. | ||||
