Summary0008652: nVidia 650M (304.48 beta driver) - fullscreen crash when starting game (Optimus related?)
DescriptionWhen launching AVWW using the latest beta driver from nVidia for the 650M GPU, the game initially launches fullscreen, but a moment or so later flickers to black and then the game appears inside a cropped window (I think the resolution is something like 500x400 or so). The game itself is rendered within that window at the appropriate resolution, but as that resolution is larger than the game window everything is cropped. As this is a card using Optimus the only workaround is to force the game to use the Intel 4000 card under the nVidia control panel, which allows the game to be launched fullscreen without trouble. However, performance is affected as a result.

This is the only error posted in the logfile:

This should be reported to nvidia, as that same error will happen in every unity 3.3 game as well as probably other engines. Sounds like their beta has a bug.
