Summary0008460: "Too many heap sections" error during boss fight
DescriptionWhen I attempt to fight this miniboss the game crashes and I get a "too many heap sections" error window if I tab out, with the title bar of "Fatal error in gc."

To reproduce: Load the world up and break invincibility. If this doesn't work then it's probably on my end.

I had this same thing happen to me as well while I was playing. I loaded up the task manager at the time the error happened, and I saw that the game was using all most 2 gig of memory at this point. It would seem like that there are resources that are not being freed that could be as you play the game and even with a swap file it just eventually runs out of 32-bit address space and the game crashes.

I just tried to load up my world where the crash had happened, and the game instantly crashed. This was during a boss fight as well. and again, I noticed that the game was using about 1.5gig worth of ram, which to be honest seems rather high for a game of this type.

I've also included a copy of my world where the error is happening

I've attached yet another world; My Glyphbearer is right in the room where it crashes. It takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes to crash for me.
AVWV uses about 1.2 gigs of ram when it crashes, out of 8 gig physical + 4 gig pagefile.

Thanks! And sorry about that!

* Fixed a bug in the prior version where the third stage of bramblestorm canisters would cause the game to lock up.
** Not only is that bad ability type definition fixed, but it's now put in place so that if a similar bad definition comes up anytime in the future it will display a message about the bad definition rather than crashing the game.
