| Description | As mentioned in the "bug" about ocean creatures being native in a lava flats fix the anachronisms, it doesn't quite make sense with the regions. However, beside the esc menu, what time you are in is not displayed, leading to a feeling of fix the anachronism relating to the native creatures of the region. Now of course, an anachronism is something that's chronologically misplaced. This does not mean that it should not be in the time, but rather that it is chronologically disharmonious with the usually inferred place. That includes jellyfish in a volcano mission area. Jellyfish may well have been there, but are anachronistic with a volcano as the jellyfish were there either chronologically before or after it was a volcano - when it was underwater. Alone, without clarity, this is what makes the most sense of all. So I have two possible suggestions. One is the obvious "by region" limit, as it makes the most sense with creatures that can be found in the current time and space, ie those that are not anachronistic. The other, and the one that I think would be best at keeping the original intent of the mission, while also making the time-mashing aspect of the game seem cooler... Is a better display of the time. On the continent map, displaying the era (9th Modern Century) of the region you are standing over (as it also shows the other region info in the esc menu), as well as a display in a region of what it is, to give you an idea. That also leads to pausing. In the mouseover of an enemy, it should display what times they existed in, EXCEPT during the anachronism mission. The mission should also display the current time period, as well as it being loaded into the mission description, replacing "the local time period" with something that loads in the current century of the time shard. | ||||
