An alternative proposal: Have the extra bonus always apply when recycling. If you've noticed, you can get up to 15% instead of the usual 10% when you recycle just after 100%. Maybe that can be the recycle amount? 15% recycle + enchant tier? Edit: Added on enchant tier. |

When you get 100% with enchant container it rolls over the remainder towards the next enchant. That's why you're seeing more than 10% from enchant containers in those cases. |

Ah, my bad. I didn't think it was doing that, just removing any extra after the 100. |
