| Description | My server's been getting unhandled exceptions when certain players join the server , they don't necessarily have to do anything for the errors to spam my console. I'm unfamiliar with the proper or preferred way to report unhandled exceptions, could someone leave a note regarding that? Thanks! | ||||

This is pretty much the preferred way AFAIK. It's how I've always done it anyway. |

No problem, we're the ones that made a game that produces such big world files ;) (though they're actually pretty small considering the amount of info) Thanks for putting that up, I'll take a look. Without a world this would be pain to try to reproduce. |

I'm trying different players, but can you tell me particular ones whose connection that caused the error? |

I found an error when connecting as Dawn, and fixed that, but it wouldn't explain the first error in your log, I think. |

I only know # 16 Zem, the errors have happened a few times otherwise (sorry I didn't keep the logs, they were... too big). Sometimes he can't reproduce it too. Talking with him, he said, - Originally was stuck on world map black screen bug - Then diluter would not unlock, might have thrown some errors. - Then lately, when I just joined the server. - Might have logged off in a mission chunk that I had paused before. Well, if it's not much help this time, I'll try to backup the world just as soon as the exceptions happen. |

I tested as Zem, so the bug I hit with Dawn might have been the one :) And I wouldn't suggest trying to backup a world as it's being run, that tends to run afoul of stuff being in the process of being written. We're trying to get a release out shortly, so I suggest just retesting when that comes out. Thanks for the help :) |
