Summary0007523: Player can use warp gates while dead
DescriptionRepro:
1) Stand on a warp gate
2) Die
3) Click on a valid warp destination
4) Confirm the selection

Result:
The game screen appears to transition, but gets stuck on a "Waiting on chunk gen" message until it times out.

Expected:
The game does not allow a player to use warp gates while dead.

Notes:
Probably not worth fixing, extremely low user path.
