Description | I think this makes a lot of sense. Otherwise you just double jump to your destination. Storm areas should be harder inside and out. Which, btw would make the overlord level 6/7 initially. So part of your strategic decision is whether you want to weaken him by clearing the storm. | ||||

Great idea! * Previously, the tier increase from windstorms in regions was applying only to monsters on the ground level. Now it applies to interiors and undergrounds as well. ** As an added note, this means that the overlord likely starts out as tier 6/7 and you have the choice of whether or not you want to build a wind shelter to lower his threat level. |
