| Description | I'd really like a less powerful version of ride the lightning/the double-jump enchant, maybe getting a half to a third of the height of the current tier one version. Basically, I started a new world today, and I'm really enjoying having to rely on crates and platforms, especially because it forces a lot more planning. I'd like to keep playing this way, but I do really miss being able to double-jump to dodge shots. So I would like either a new spell or perhaps a nerf to tier one RTL, so I can have a spell that gives me more flexibility to do midair dodging without making platforms obsolete for so many situations. | ||||

Maybe adding AA towers outside of JtP missions? Not many, and not everywhere. But would be an interesting obstacle to overcome. |

Whilst I agree with sentiment, playing with platforms after using triple jumps a lot is strangely... refreshing, i'm not sure changing the current spells\enchants is the way forward. That said I can't off hand think of a new spell that would provide similar functionality whilst remaining unique and interesting. |

I mean, for me I'm looking for something that solves the dodging in midair problem without solving the climbing problem. So I think an underpowered version of RTL would be perfect. Given that you get a lot of double-jump enchants basically for free now, perhaps we could nerf the hell out of RTL I and make it a free spell, which would be a small bonus to a player who wants as much jumping power as he can get, and then make it so after doing the tier one --> tier two upgrade he'd be back on track for where he'd otherwise be? |

This is part of why I wish enchants would be used up. If enchants were used up per continent, you could have triple jump for one continent, and regular jump for the next. |
