| Summary | 0000007: Tooltips are annoying to have on hover for ships. | ||||
| Description | Having the tooltips pop up when just mousing around normally is turning out to be supremely annoying in general -- I've thought this for a while. That applies on both the main screen and the galaxy map. I'd like to make the default be that tooltips only pop up when some key is held down, when it comes to ships on the battlefield. Perhaps Alt. Possibly have a "tooltips on mouseover" toggle in the settings so that players who prefer the current (if there are any) can get the old behavior. | ||||

Note from Keith: The buy queue buttons and such don't have their popups yet, but it would be pretty simple to wire them up assuming they have the same output as the buy buttons... or do they, hmm. |

The way the tooltips are now positioned, this is less of an issue. Calling this one fixed. |
