Summary0000694: cannot build children regeneration chamber
DescriptionIf you unlock it and try to build it, it makes a clicking sound, but nothing appears.

on a separate note concerning balance, if you start with a children ship on your planet, you should get a regeneration chamber right off the bat, otherwise these are useless without transports immediately.
