Summary0000069: Construction Node/platform
DescriptionBasically, the idea is a node that instead of doing stuff, allows construction, as a command station or mobile builder does.
Ideally, they would be as follows:

Command station construction node:
A command station, on being constructed, automatically creates (player-1) of these as command station modules, and auto-gives them to all other players. As modules they die with the command station, but are otherwise not targeted.

Construction platform
A mobile builder can also build a stationary construction platform in a non-owned space. The benefits of this would be that it is immune to instakill and fairly tough comparatively (200k hp 2k shield, for maybe a 5k m/c cost perhaps?) Its not meant to replace the mobile builder, but allow for easier construction of stuff while you have an ion cannon shooting at you, or for extended stays in hostile territory, such as a knowledge raid or beachhead.

Non-ideally, perhaps just a control node of normal control-node-ness, with about 1k m/c cost?

Mainly the reason for this is that I feel mobile builders are both too required and too fragile. In a multiplayer game its always about having a mobile builder everywhere, yet in a singleplayer game you barely build a half dozen (unless you get them killed often). This, ideally would help..
