Description | I had noticed the platforms changing before but after it was mentioned in a forum thread that it was a bug i did some investigating. What I think is happening is that the first time you enter the room after restarting your game the platform removal logic is applied to the room again, but the game doesn't seem to put back the platforms it removed the first time or nth time for that matter. To demonstrate, if you stand in a cave and just quit to the main menu and quick load a lot you will gradually mine out all the platforms in the room. | ||||

Thanks, excellent catch! * Fixed a bug that has apparently been around since we added the platforming difficulty; every time you loaded a chunk, it would further whittle away the platforms, until you eventually had none left, unless you were playing on a very low platforming difficulty. |
