Summary | 0006562: Display Detectability to the player.
Description | The enchants that lower detectability always struck me as a bit rubbish, at least compared to lowering damage or what have you, but recently I got one with both, and the lowered detectability is actually both noticeable and helpful. The problem is that at the moment to the player it's just sort of an empty number, the enchant tells me it is lowering something, but there is no way for me to usefully tell what it is doing without playing around for a while. Firstly, before pitching any ideas, how do these actually work? this covers detection as a whole I suppose The way that first came to mind was that the enchant actually does nothing to the player, but cuts the enemy sight range down. In this case i suggest either a very faint light radius, an unobtrusive visual display of said range, or a toggle hotkey for a more obtrusive version.
