Summary | 0006522: Scout info continues to update on planets with no scout
Description | All my scouts got killed entering a core world, but I still see the number of mark 1... ships and which types (fighter etc.) I also hear wormhole travel, even on worlds I have never scouted at all.

I think the logic is that ship you have seen before you can still be counted in the ship count of any already scouted planet, even if that planet doesn't currently have a scout on it. This seems a little odd. It should instead report the ship counts as they were when you last scouted the planet. This only applies to partial fog of war and "normal" fog of war. In full visibility, you of course always have vision on the planet. On extra-fog of war, you do not get any ship count data unless there is an active scout on the planet, even if the planet has been scouted before. Not sure about the sound issue though. It can be nifty sometimes to determine "activity levels" without having to get a scout there. |
