| Description | Recently purchased for a MAC. I try to install updates via in game software, first update downloads, moves to second download, gets to about 90% and then the game crashes. Attempted four times with exact same event. | ||||

Does the game simply close, or is it actually giving you an error message? If you bought the game on Steam, their version of the actual updater uses the wrong line encodings and so can't launch.
