Description | Hunter/Killers get unleashed when the AI detects bottlneck planets. Based on a combination of KTL ratio at that planet of AI versus humans, and the concentrations of human firepower there versus elsewhere. This basically punishes the creation of "killing fields," making that sort of super-bottlenecking no longer a viable strategy, but ideally without impacting the general ability of players to defend themselves. Careful balancing definitely needed here. | ||||
