Summary | 0000620: Able to scroll far off of the main planetary screen
Description | When you zoom out, you see hopefully all of the adjoining wormholes and ships on the current planet. However, if you try to scroll up and down, it lets you scroll far off into the distance, and if you try to zoom in or out, in effect it is a no-op. Without a radar, it's impossible to see where your screen is anymore. This could be solved by adding a radar or limiting how far off the main planetary screen you can go.

There is the minimap; press T to get it. If you're lost though (and gods knows I sometimes have no clue where my viewport is), select anything on the planet (through the right menu) and press spacebar. That centers the view on that object. Of course, if you select an AI ship or structure, it centers on it immediately. |
|
Yep, the minimap is T. Also, you can hit H at any time to center on your ships on the planet. |
