| Description | I suppose the title says it all. Gained a tier, and the floating text said "+40 CP/-802 CP needed for next tier". The mouse-over on the Planning button also says the same. | ||||

Thanks! * Fixed a couple of places where the amount of CP for the next tier would show a really negative number once you hit tier 5. |
