| Description | In my current game it looks like all of the enemies have reached tier three, and most mission tiles offer tier 4 orbs. Problem is, I have not crafted some tier 2 and tier 3 spells, and it appears that spells of upper tiers are unlocked by crafting the same spells on lower tiers. (And, I'm out of tier 2 orbs.) So where do I find lower level orbs? Or am I missing something? | ||||

You have a fancy enchant to help you with that: Dillute. Go forth and raid stashes to get them. Equip one and do a mission, and whatever tier orbs you would've gotten will be lowered to the tier of the enchant (so, for instance, doing a mission that gives you T4 orbs with a Dillute T2 enchant would give you T2 orbs in the same quantity). |

I'm going to leave this one open, not so much because we need to do anything about the original ticket, but, I think we do need to do something about making the resolution clearer ingame. |

The Dilute Enchants are now found via the Supplies sections in the planning window, so players can learn of their existence. In terms of this specific scenario, it's only because of the exact circumstances in which Toll was playing -- he'd upgraded to tier 2 before we lowered the threshold for the tier orb rewards, and that was just bad luck worst timing. Nobody coming fresh or returning after a long absence is going to have that problem. |
