Summary	0005735: Introduce tiers on the gravestone at the Ilari stone in the intro
Description	At present, it's explained that unlocks are limited to the continent you're on, and once you unlock something you can equip it as much as you want. However, it doesn't say anything about tiers and upgrading. At least introducing the subject of tiers would go a long way, even if it isn't an in-depth explanation of the concept.
