| Description | I suppose on a minor scale this counts as a balance issue as they are replacing something of value, but as it stands I have 12 copies of Moderate Inner Light, which are completely valueless to me as I already have an enchant that emits light. So either decrease the drop rate or let me turn them into something useful, because as the game stands its a rare thing for something to be completely useless and this is something of an irritation. | ||||

Yeah, they probably do spawn too often. Of course, if they spawned less often, you might have to go looking longer before you got your first one, which would be annoying. |

Possibilities: Spawn one, then never spawn it again. Or allow crafting of X useless enchants into one enchant guaranteed to not match something you already have. Or if it's such a necessity give it as a guaranteed starting enchant that spawns in each first settlement. Of course then you might as well give characters an intrinsic glow. |

Possibly diminishing drop percentages? The more you collect an enchant, the less likely you are to collect it again each time. That way, if there are some that are supposed to be 'rare', they will still start rare, but over time you'll be more likely to get one and less saturated with 'common' enchants. |
