| Description | If you set your global controls to build 1 engineer per planet, and your planetary controls to build 2 engineers at that planet, 3 engineers will be built. Expected is that 2 will be built. This includes all engineers and rebuilders. The only other setting with both global and local options is "engineers do not assist large projects." Not sure how to test the interaction with this one. | ||||
