| Description | I checked out half a dozen tiles in different regions of my continent (does that make a difference?) and not one tree showed up. Makes harvesting plums difficult, as they only seem to grow in suburbia. Perhaps more relevantly the compendium suggests grasslands as a place to get plums. | ||||

Did you go to the grasslands icons with the actual trees on them on the world map? If they don't have the trees showing on the world map, then they won't have much in the way of trees. |

There are a TON of plum trees on the wooded grasslands (the grasslands with visible trees on them on the minimap). I have about 30 by now. The hard part is getting granite! |

There were no trees showing. Unfortunately, there are no grasslands with tree on my continent. This might be my problem. Especially for walnuts, which according to the compendium only are found in wooded grasslands. This is a bit of a limitation for me, but perhaps I can work around it (though it eliminates all but one possible 4th tier spell on my continent given currently available rare commodities). Possibly this it too restrictive, and a guarantee that all unlocked tile types are available on each continent would be helpful. Perhaps it just makes some continents more difficult than others. I'm not sure. |
