However spire that been capture turned dark. examples: Destroy 5 containment guard post around production factilitys 5 tottal. after all 5 freed they can start producing and rebelling on Ai planets producing dark spire ships. This minor faction is controlled mostly by Faction but only few can be controlled produced | ||||
