| Description | I think you have done a great job with the tutorial, and i would like to see some more of that kind of scripted story telling. I was thinking that it would be cool if when you come cross some special location in the world you can choose to enter into a series of chunks, be it underground or a building, perhaps even a series of surface chunks (like you are exploring a trail leading into the distance). I was thinking of it like a set of hand crafted story chunks making up a branching story tree; so that even if you come across the same general type of location many times in the world, it may result in a slightly different story each time. I think the story arch should end with a boss guarding some powerful spell scroll unique to that type of storyline. | ||||

It's like you can read my mind. ;) Yep, those sort of discrete "missions" are definitely something we want to do more of. |

This would be a TON of work. I know how much time Chris spent with the intro mission. That said, I can see how this would also be a lot of fun! |

Sure it would probably involve much work, as it would involve a larger extent of hand crafted 'scenes' than other parts of the game. But as I understood it a lot of the time spent on the intro mission was to lay out the framework that make it possible to have this kind of content within the game. Anyhow, maybe it would be better fitting for a mini-expansion post 1.0. |
